Terms & Conditions

  1. To participate in the SuperStock rewards program, you must be registered on the www.superstock.com or www.superstock.co.uk website.

  2. The rewards program is promoted by SuperStock, Inc. and is available to all customers buying products online from www.superstock.com or www.superstock.co.uk

  3. Purchases made via any source other than SuperStock, Inc.'s US and UK websites do NOT qualify for the rewards program. This includes those made via our worldwide network of agents and distributors.

  4. Qualifying purchases include all RF (singles and discs) and RM images licensed on www.superstock.com or www.superstock.co.uk. Shipping charges, taxes and other service charges do not qualify towards your spend amount.

  5. Spend amounts are applicable to individuals registered on the SuperStock website, not jointly to company accounts. Spend amounts must be claimed by the original spender, you cannot transfer amounts between individuals.

  6. SuperStock, Inc. reserves the right to vary the reward levels with reasonable notice. Any changes will be announced on the SuperStock website.

  7. Rewards will only be delivered for accounts in good standing and once all related invoices are paid in full. Reward items will be shipped in a timely manner once a reward level has been reached and the customer has asked to "cash-in" at that time and after all invoices for that customer have been paid.

  8. No cash alternatives are available in exchange for stated prizes.

  9. We reserve the right to substitute a similar item based on availability.

  10. Rewards must be claimed by the end of the month following the end of the stated period (for example, if the end of the period is March 31, then all prizes must be claimed by April 30). Balances cannot be carried over to a new period. SuperStock, Inc. is not responsible for defects in reward items. Any returns of reward items are the responsibility of the recipient and are subject to that company's reward policies.

  11. Any liability for Federal, State or local income taxes imposed on an award received from this program will be the sole responsibility of the participant receiving the award and not SuperStock, Inc.

  12. In circumstances where it can be shown a customer has contravened the Rewards program's Terms & Conditions, SuperStock, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a customer's participation in the program.

  13. All companies listed that supply certificates, gift cards and other merchandise have no affiliation with SuperStock, Inc.

  14. SuperStock, Inc. is not responsible for lost, destroyed, or stolen awards or award certificates.

  15. SuperStock's Rewards Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  16. Claimants of U.S. prizes must be residents of the U.S. and claimants of U.K prizes must be residents of the U.K.
